You know I mostly see the really fancy trim 4Runners but today I saw one with black plastic bumpers and the square shape from behind reminded me of a simple FJ55. I will have to go to the website and see what they call that.

It looks like it was only available from 2010 to 2013. I can’t imagine 4Runners are remarkably big sellers anyway, so it’s likely that you’re just paying too much attention for a car that just might be that scarce.

There are quite a lot of them in the Bay Area since they go up skiing at Tahoe, but they are usually the fancy ones, this was the only one like that I remember seeing. I did notice that there weren’t many of the new body style for awhile, then all of a sudden they were everywhere. When they first came out I didn’t see many.
